Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds
Minutes of the February 14, 2013 Meeting
Present: Mayor Driscoll, William P. Goreham, Raymond Vaillancourt,
Thaddeus Buczko and Sumner Jones
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Driscoll at 5:30 P.M.
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the minutes of the January 13, 2013 meeting. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and was voted unanimously.
The Salem Council on Aging submitted a request for reimbursement for medication expenses. Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve $226.99 from the Endicott Fund for payment. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buczko and was voted unanimously.
A bill was received from Deschamps Printing for letterhead. Payment of $174.00 will be made from the Administration Fund for this expense.
The Board received a payment request from Salem State College University for Darwin Festival expenses. This was a FY13 Large Grant and was approved in August 2012. Payment will be taken from the Read Lecture Fund in the amount of $2,498.15.
More information is being gathered to write up an investment statement for audit purposes/tabled.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
